Over the last ten years, I have been invited by Enterprise Singapore (ESG) to contribute my expertise to help our Singapore SMEs in their growth journey. Developed a multi-year strategy, focusing on managerial capability building and geographical growth. Supported potential acquisition investment transaction to boost manufacturing capability in North Asia.

Developed corporate acquisition playbook and completed two centre acquisitions in Singapore in 12 months. Co-created new education segment initiative and evaluated potential funding opportunities.
